Dr. Nikki Smelser is a physical therapist who has been treating kids and babies in the Atlanta area since 2016. A Board-Certified Pediatric Specialist, Nikki has worked with kiddos from the NICU to inpatient rehabilitation to outpatient care. A preemie mom herself, she loves helping kids and babies grow and develop to reach their full potential.

Through Little Sprouts PT, Nikki serves the Northwest Atlanta suburban area. She offers mobile PT services so your little one can get care wherever is most convenient for you.

In addition to her time spent treating clients, Nikki works as a part-time instructor at Georgia State University. She was also the lead author on a chapter concerning congenital muscular torticollis in a pediatric physical therapy textbook.
